His business started from agricultural production and at the same time developed into the real estate sector, a line followed by his sonsCarlo, Ferdinando and Michele,who have managed to extend the company's activity also in the construction and renewable energy branches. The Canciello brothers took over the reins of the Group and, by amalgamating the different personalities, they managed to expand the company, making ita business model for the territory.
MICHELE
Michele, the third of the three brothers, is a "silent architect" of this business success. Never invasive but always attentive and incisive in the decisive and important choices for the life of the Group, he is able to combine discretion and decision-making, giving further strength to the family business, especially in key moments.
FERDINANDO
Ferdinando, the second of the Canciello brothers, is an attentive and always prudent entrepreneur in the choices that have made the Marican Group successful in recent years. The most attentive observers recognize him as an uncommon ability to guide the Group's strategies, thanks to a vision that allows him to always be one step ahead of the competition.
CHARLES
Enlightened and concrete manager, Carlo Canciello is the eldest of the brothers. From his passion for art and design, the "Marican Model" took shape, that is the construction of industrial buildings made with great attention to aesthetics, with seductive design proposals, accurate details and strong personality, far from anonymous industrial warehouses, designed without neglecting the principles of sustainable development.
